Description

In the hour ahead we’ll go behind bars. Meet some of baby faced killers. And to
try to determine just how these kids end up committing such horrible crimes.
Should we lock them up and throw away the key - or refocus on rehabilitation
and treatment.

A study by Columbia University determined that Crime in housing projects was
lowered by 13% when a Boys and Girls Club was available for kids. And the Rand
Corporation – a Santa Monica think tank – found that youth crime was reduced
by 70% when Graduation incentive programs were enacted.
